We recover an old vermouth recipe from the 19th century, when Sir. Rafael de Góngora y Dávila married Lady Matilde Yriarte y Melendo, of Navarran roots, parents of Lady Dolores de Góngora e Yriarte, the fifth generation of Bodegas Góngora.
