Characteristics of the area
The land is chalky “albariza”, known for its ability to retain water despite the lack of rain, which allows the good ripening of the grapes, despite the great heat of summer. The vines mostly produce grapes of the Garrido Fino variety, of excellent quality and well suited for the production of fine and generous white wines. Likewise, there are also strains of the Pedro Ximénez and Muscatel grape varieties, ideal for the production of sweet wines.
