Production of fortified wines
The process of making fortified wines is not simple. The production of these wines has numerous stages, among which we can highlight: harvesting, pressing and fermentation, ageing under flor and oxidative ageing. We can also highlight the ageing and bottling stages in the production process. Each of these stages is very important, for example, the first of these is fundamental because the grapes must be harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness. Afterwards, pressing is also very important, as this is where the must is extracted and, of course, the ageing of these wines is what will make the difference. In addition to all this, our team also pays special attention to ageing and bottling.
Our fortified wines undergo a very careful production and elaboration process. Nothing can be left to chance. In this way we achieve an indescribable quality.
