Type: Young white wine bottled inmediately after the fermentation process

Grape Variety: 100% Garrido Fino

Tasting Notes: Light yellow colour, with some murky notes completely natural due to the recent fermentation process. Smooth and with fruity notes. It conserves the agreeable characteristics of very new wines, with a pleasant palate with some carbonic notes from the fermentation.

Serving suggestions: Serve chilled at 6º-8ºC temperature.

Gastronomy: It is recommended with seafood and fishes, fish and seafood mousses, smoked fishes, soups, creams and fresh cheeses, and cooked vegetables, and as excellent aperitif.

Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.

Logistics: Case 12/Bot. x 750 ML. / Case 6/Bot. x 750 ML.

Curiosities: In the Aljarafe region is a long tradition to bottle the wines just after the fermentation process and call them “mostos” (juices) despite they have already transformed into wines. That is why these wines have some particles which will decant to the bottom with the days.
