Type: Oloroso sweet wine, with oxidative ageing for 7 years, in American oak barrels, following the “criaderas y soleras” system, with a period of maceration of sevilian bitter oranges.
Grape Variety: 75% Garrido Fino – 25% Moscatel
Tasting Notes: Very dark amber colour. Sweet aroma with reminds to oranges originating on the maceration period. Smooth and rounded taste with sweet notes to oranges and moscatel grape.
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold under 16ºC temperature.
Gastronomy: It is recommended with cured meats, marinade foods, smoked fishes, foies, cured, blue and roquefort cheeses, and with all kind of desserts, and even on the rocks
