Grape Variety: 100% Pedro Ximenez
Tasting Notes: It has an extremely dark colour very thick, an intense fruity perfume and a raisin taste, with a smooth and lingering palate of delicate lines.
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold under 16ºC temperature.
Gastronomy: It is recommended with smoked fishes, cured, blue and roquefort cheeses, ice creams and with all kind of desserts. Spectacular as a dessert wine.
Alcohol Content: 16% Vol.
Logistics: Case 6/bot. x 750 ML. in a special presentation in wooden cases
Curiosities: Our “Selección IMPERIAL” are wines with more than a hundred years of ageing in the “solera” system, and jealousy kept as authentic jewels of the bodega. They come from a careful selection of the best and oldest wines of our wine cellar and the production is very limited.
