Type: Sweet wine, with oxidative ageing for 7 years, in American oak barrels, following the “criaderas y soleras” system
Grape Variety: 25% Garrido Fino – 75% Pedro Ximénez
Tasting Notes: Very dark colour and very thick. Extremely aromatic with a nose full of raisins originating on the Pedro Ximenez grape. Very sweet and velvety taste.
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold under 16ºC temperature.
Gastronomy: It is recommended with smoked fishes, cured, blue and roquefort cheeses, ice creams and with all kind of desserts.
Alcohol Content: 15% Vol.
