Type: Oloroso sweet wine, with oxidative ageing for 7 years, in American oak barrels, following the “criaderas y soleras” system
Grape Variety: 75% Garrido Fino – 25% Pedro Ximénez
Tasting Notes: Dark colour and a little bit thick. Very aromatic with notes of Pedro Ximénez. Sweet and smooth palate, very rounded
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold under 16ºC temperature.
Gastronomy: It is recommended with cured meats, marinade foods, smoked fishes, foies, cured, blue and roquefort cheeses, and with all kind of desserts.
Alcohol Content: 16% Vol.
