Type: Amontillado wine, very old with a biological ageing under veil of “flor” for 5 years, and an oxidative ageing later for 15 years, both of them in American oak barrels following the “criaderas y soleras” system
Grape Variety: 100% Garrido Fino
Tasting Notes: Amber colour. Clean and pungent aroma, very intense. Extremely dry palate, with a bit sharp bouquet and reminds to nuts.
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold under 16ºC temperature
Gastronomy: It is recommended with cured meats, marinade foods, smoked fishes, cured cheeses, soups, blue fish, white meats and game dishes.
Alcohol content: 17% vol.
